退款與取消訂閱政策
Refund & Cancellation Policy

適用範圍
本政策適用於 XINNOTION 自有數位產品與軟體訂閱，包括 Taiwan Business Pro。客製設計及開發服務依個別書面約定辦理。本頁不代表已開放付款，也不會啟用任何訂閱；實際價格、幣別、計費週期及可用付款方式，以購買前展示及結帳確認的內容為準。
如何申請退款
請寄信至 linkoulab@gmail.com，提供購買時使用的 Email、訂單編號、付款日期及問題說明。請勿提供完整信用卡號、密碼或身分證件。重複扣款、付款後無法取得已購服務或產品與說明不符，也請透過此方式聯絡。
透過 Paddle 付款的訂單
只有結帳頁或收據明確列示 Paddle 的訂單，才由 Paddle 擔任交易銷售方（Merchant of Record）並處理付款與退款。你可以透過 Paddle 買家支援提出申請，亦可聯絡我們協助查詢。
Paddle 的酌情退款審查規則允許在交易日起 14 天內提出申請；提出申請不等於保證退款。是否符合退款條件及退款金額，依 Paddle Refund Policy、Buyer Terms及適用法律處理。法定撤回權、瑕疵救濟或其他不得排除的權利，不受這個酌情申請期間限制。
取消自動續訂
如訂單包含自動續訂，可使用訂單確認信或帳號內提供的訂閱管理入口取消；找不到入口時請聯絡客服協助。取消續訂是停止後續續扣，不會自動退還已付款項。除退款、另有明確約定或依法需調整外，付費使用權保留至當期已付款期限結束。
若取消流程提供優惠，你可選擇接受或繼續取消。優惠適用期間、金額及恢復後的價格須於接受前明確顯示。
退款結果與使用權
經核准的退款由原收款方依其流程退回；實際入帳時間取決於付款方式及銀行處理。退款範圍對應的授權或付費功能可能終止或調整，我們會在處理時說明。取消或退款不會自動刪除你已下載的檔案，也不授予額外的轉售或散布權利。
其他付款方式與既有訂單
非 Paddle 訂單請聯絡我們，依購買時揭露的條件及適用法律辦理。本政策不追溯縮減既有訂單中較有利的退款承諾，也不排除依法不得排除的消費者權利。
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Updated October 12, 2026. This policy covers XINNOTION's own digital products and software subscriptions, including Taiwan Business Pro. Custom design and development services follow their separate written agreements. Publication of this policy does not open payments or activate a subscription. Prices, currencies, billing intervals and payment methods are disclosed before purchase.
Request a refund
Email linkoulab@gmail.com with your purchase email, order reference, transaction date and a description of the issue. Do not send full card details, passwords or identity documents. Contact us for duplicate charges, missing access or products that do not match their description.
Paddle orders
Paddle acts as Merchant of Record only for orders whose checkout or receipt identifies Paddle. Request assistance through paddle.net or contact us. Paddle's discretionary refund review window permits requests within 14 days of the transaction date; a request does not guarantee a refund. Eligibility and amounts are governed by Paddle's Refund Policy, Buyer Terms and applicable law. Statutory withdrawal rights and mandatory remedies are not limited by this discretionary window.
Cancel renewal
Use the subscription management link in your order email or account, or contact support if you cannot find it. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not automatically refund payments already made. Unless a refund, an expressly agreed term or applicable law requires otherwise, access continues through the paid period. Any retention offer is optional and must disclose its duration, price and subsequent price before acceptance.
Processing and access
Approved refunds are processed by the original seller; bank and payment-method processing times vary. Access corresponding to the refunded amount may end or change, with the consequences explained during handling. Cancellation or a refund does not remotely erase downloaded files or grant resale rights. Non-Paddle orders follow the terms disclosed at purchase and applicable law. Existing more favorable refund commitments and mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
