1. Licensor and applicability
This licence applies to a valid purchase from XINNOTION or an authorised sales channel. Provider: XINNOTION (Xinnotion), Linkou District, New Taipei City, Taiwan; linkoulab@gmail.com; https://xinnotion.com. Previewing or possessing files does not establish a purchase licence. Where a third-party platform clearly discloses different applicable terms before purchase, those terms govern. Non-excludable statutory rights remain unaffected.

2. One end project
Each purchase grants a non-exclusive, worldwide, continuing licence for one end-product website, for yourself or one client, including modification, deployment and commercial use. Backups, testing and staging environments are permitted. You may deliver modified source needed for that client's maintenance. The same licence may not cover another client or independent website.

3. Permitted changes and restrictions
You may change branding, text, colours and lawful assets. You may not resell, publicly distribute, provide downloads of, or sublicense the template, derivatives or asset library as templates, UI kits or source-code products. Multi-customer website-generator services require separate written permission. Do not claim to be the original creator of the unmodified template. These restrictions apply only to material XINNOTION can license and do not withdraw rights granted by open-source licences.

4. Credits and third parties
Visible XINNOTION footer credit may be customised or removed unless otherwise stated at purchase. Retain this licence and required third-party notices in distributed source and delivery files. Illustrative brands, people and scenes do not imply endorsement. Reference works not included in the package are outside this licence.

5. Assets and ownership
XINNOTION retains ownership and legally recognised rights in its own template design, code and assets. Purchase grants usage for the one permitted end project, not ownership. Assets may not be resold individually or in bundles, sublicensed, offered as public downloads or distributed as another template or asset product. Delivery of a completed website to the one client is permitted and does not permit template or asset resale.
Third-party materials, fonts and software remain subject to their own ownership and licences. See THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.txt and assets/fonts. Generated images may be used within the permitted end project; no exclusivity, trademark-registration guarantee or standalone asset-resale right is granted. This document does not create exclusive rights where law does not recognise them.

6. Delivery and support
This is an editable frontend template. No live payment, account, booking, email or backend service is included. Integrations and operational customisation are the buyer's responsibility. Support and updates are limited to what the product listing expressly promises before purchase; no automatic lifetime updates or custom-development commitment is included.

7. Statutory rights and breach
Non-excludable warranty, refund and consumer rights remain unaffected. Digital-product status alone is not a blanket lawful basis to refuse refunds. For a breach, the licensor may seek cessation of unauthorised use and terminate this licence only as allowed by applicable law and required notice or cure procedures. Third-party open-source licences do not automatically terminate. Disputes remain subject to applicable law and mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction.
