WORKSHEET 01
Define your first offer before building a website
A clear deliverable is easier to evaluate than a broad promise.
Who is the customer, and what situation are they in? What exactly will you deliver? Which three items are included? What must the customer provide? What timing and revision boundary can you honour? What evidence can you show? What one question will test whether the offer is understood? WORKSHEET 02
Build a service page people can understand
A page should answer the decision before asking for the action.
What is the page’s one job? Write the headline in plain language. List deliverables and exclusions. What honest evidence belongs here? Describe the process in three steps. Which three questions might block a decision? Write one specific button label. Record the test submission, destination and result. WORKSHEET 03
Create an opt-in people actually understand
The resource should solve a small problem before it sells anything.
What small task does the resource help finish? What does the resource contain? What will the signup explanation say? Which messages follow, and when? What information is truly needed? Where is the privacy explanation? Record form, contact, email and download test results. Record the unsubscribe test and any repair needed. WORKSHEET 04
Write a welcome sequence that earns the next conversation
Every email needs one reason to exist and one useful next step.
What did this subscriber ask for? Email 1: subject, delivery link and help contact. Email 2: one useful tip and optional reply question. Email 3: one relevant next step without pressure. What is the planned interval between messages? Which rule owns the delivery email? When should future messages stop? Record timing, reply and unsubscribe test results. WORKSHEET 05
Organise enquiries without losing the next step
A contact needs a next action; a tag alone is not a work plan.
Which stages will you use, and what enters each stage? Which source or interest tags are useful? What event adds or removes each tag? Enquiry reference (avoid unnecessary personal details). Current stage and missing information. Next action, owner and due date. Where is agreement or payment evidence kept? What will you review daily and weekly? WORKSHEET 06
Measure your first funnel without mistaking clicks for income
Clicks indicate an action. They do not establish a sale or paid income.
Which customer journey does this page support? What date range and timezone are used? Where does each metric come from? What are the numerator and denominator? Are repeated events or overlapping properties present? Which results are unknown rather than zero? Separate reported leads, purchases, approved and paid commissions. What one change does the available evidence support?
