WORKSHEET 01

Define your first offer before building a website

A clear deliverable is easier to evaluate than a broad promise.

Who is the customer, and what situation are they in?
What exactly will you deliver?
Which three items are included?
What is excluded?
What must the customer provide?
What timing and revision boundary can you honour?
What evidence can you show?

What event adds or removes each tag?
Enquiry reference (avoid unnecessary personal details).
Current stage and missing information.
Next action, owner and due date.

Clicks indicate an action. They do not establish a sale or paid income.

Which customer journey does this page support?
What date range and timezone are used?
Where does each metric come from?
What are the numerator and denominator?
Are repeated events or overlapping properties present?
Which results are unknown rather than zero?
Separate reported leads, purchases, approved and paid commissions.
What one change does the available evidence support?
